GROUP HEALTHCARE AND VISION COVERAGE:
Part-Time Eligible Employees (Non-Interns) Working at Least 32 Hours Per Week Receive a Monthly Allowance for Health and Vision Insurance.
Part-Time Eligible Employees (Non-Interns) Working at Least 20 Hours Per Week Will Earn Pro-Rated Paid Vacation Days Beginning with the Date of Hire. The Amount of Hours Worked Per Week Divided by 40 Will Equal the Percentage of Vacation Days to be Earned.
Part-Time Eligible Employees (Non-Interns) Working at Least 20 Hours Per Week Will Earn Pro-Rated Paid Holidays Beginning with the Date of Hire. The Amount of Hours Worked Per Week Divided by 40 Will Equal the Percentage of Paid Holidays to be Earned.
Beginning with the Next Calendar Year, Employees Will Earn Pro-Rated Paid Holidays Based on the Percentage Calculated Above.
Part-Time Eligible Employees (Non-Interns) Working at Least 20 Hours Per Week Will Earn Pro-Rated Sick/Emergency Days Beginning with the Date of Hire.
401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN:
Legend Currently Contributes 3.0% of an Eligible Employee’s Annual Compensation to Legend’s 401(k) Plan. These Contributions by Legend Do Not Require Any Contribution by an Employee. Employees are Eligible to Make Their Own Contributions Up to the Annual Federal Limits. Participation Requirements Include Having Attained Age 21 Along with Employment Tenure (Six Months of Employment) and a Minimum of 1,000 Hours Worked.
All Eligible Employees May Elect to Have Their Contributions Classified as Either Traditional 401(k) Contributions and/or Roth 401(k) Contributions.
Legend Currently Offers a State-Of-The-Art 401(k) Plan Platform and Investment Options. The 401(k) Plan Offers as Many as 40 Standard Investment Options as well as a Self-Directed Brokerage Account Option with Almost Limitless Additional Investment Options. ANNUAL FLU SHOT PROGRAM:
All Employees Who Provide Confirmation of Receiving the Flu Vaccine Each Fall Will Receive a Gift Card.
SHINGLES VACCINATION PROGRAM:
Part-time Eligible Employees Who Have Been Employed for at Least One Year and Provides Confirmation of Receiving the Shingles Vaccine [Recombinant Zoster Vaccine (RZV, Shingrix)] Will Receive a Gift Card upon Completion of the Two Vaccination Shot Program.
FREE FINANCIAL PLANNING AND INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT COUNSELING:
Part-Time Eligible Employees and Their Immediate Family Members are Eligible to Receive Free Financial Planning and Investment Management services (Up to 10 Hours Per Year).
Part-Time Eligible Employees May Use the Company Postage Machine for as Many as 15 Envelopes Each Month Free-Of-Charge.
COMPUTER SUPPORT ASSISTANCE FOR EMPLOYEE HOME COMPUTERS:
Part-Time Eligible Employees (Non-Interns) Working at Least 20 Hours Per Week Can Receive Technical Computer Support from Legend’s IT Consulting Firm for Their Personal Computers, Tablets and Cell Phones.
FULL OR PART-TIME STAFF REFERRAL PROGRAM:
Any Part-Time Employee Who Personally Refers a Candidate to the Company for a Full-Time or Part-Time Position is Eligible for Financial Bonus Incentives if That Referral Candidate is Hired.
INTERN REFERRAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM:
