Legend offers its investment management clients an Ultra-Competitive fee schedule.

Investment management fees depend upon the amount of investment assets managed.

the fee structure below represents Legend’s annual investment management fee.  This fee is billed on a quarterly basis.

Legend's Fiscal Annual Fee Schedule:

  1. .9000% on the first $500,000.00;
  2. Plus .8500% on the amount in excess of $500,000.00, but not greater than $1,000,000.00;
  3. Plus .7500% on the amount in excess of $1,000,000.00, but not greater than $2,000,000.00;
  4. Plus .5000% on the amount in excess of $2,000,000.00, but not greater than $5,000,000.00;
  5. Plus .2500% on the amount in excess of $5,000,000.00.

Legend’s Investment Consulting Fees:

Investment consulting fees are similar to that of the investment management fee schedule.  If a prospective client’s investment assets are at or near $1,000,000.00 including investment assets held at brokerage firms, custodians, banks, etc. including self-directed retirement plans (ex. 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans), Legend would be the “best fit”.
