GROUP HEALTHCARE AND VISION COVERAGE:
Full-Time Eligible Employees Receive a Monthly Allowance for Health and Vision Insurance.

PAID BONUS VACATION DAYS:

401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN:
Legend Currently Contributes 3.0% of an Eligible Employee’s Annual Compensation to Legend’s 401(k) Plan. These Contributions by Legend Do Not Require Any Contributions by an Employee. Employees are Eligible to Make Their Own Contributions up to the Annual Federal Limits. Participation Requirements Include Having Attained Age 21 Along with Employment Tenure (Six Months of Employment) and a Minimum of 1,000 Hours Worked.
All Eligible Employees May Elect to Have Their Contributions Classified as Either Traditional 401(k) Contributions and/or Roth 401(k) Contributions.
Legend Currently Offers a State-Of-The-Art 401(k) Plan Platform and Investment Options. The 401(k) Plan Offers as Many as 40 Standard Investment Options as well as a Self-Directed Brokerage Account Option with Almost Limitless Additional Investment Options. Also, Many Investment Options Offered are Considered Very Low-Cost.

GROUP LIFE INSURANCE:
Full-Time Eligible Employees are Guaranteed a Minimum Death Benefit Amount of $10,000.00 up to a Maximum of $50,000.00. Premiums are Paid in Full by Legend.
GROUP LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE:
Full-Time Eligible Employees Receive Long-Term Disability Insurance with Premiums Paid in Full by Legend.
Full-Time Eligible Employees May Choose to Purchase Various Types of Additional Optional-Voluntary Insurance Coverages (ex: Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and Family Member Coverages). Employees Would Pay Premiums via Payroll Deduction.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSA):
Full-Time Eligible Employees Can Contribute Pre-Tax Dollars to Accounts to Pay for Federally Eligible Out-Of-Pocket Health Care Costs. Pre-Tax Dollars Can Also Be Allocated to an Account to Cover Eligible Dependent Care Expenses. Flexible Spending Account Contributions Toward the Above-Mentioned Expenses, Generally Must Be Used by the Employee Within the Plan Year.
HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS (HSA) OR HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNTS (HRA):
Full-Time Eligible Employees Who Participate in the Company Health Insurance Plan are Currently Eligible to Establish Either a Tax-Advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA) or Participate in a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA)
A Health Savings Account (HSA) is an Employee-Owned Type of Savings Account that Allows an Employee to Set Aside Money on a Pre-Tax Basis to Pay for Qualified Medical Expenses, when the Employee Participates in a “High Deductible” Health Insurance Plan. Unlike a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) Funds Roll Over Year to Year Indefinitely, if Not Otherwise Spent. An Employee’s Funds Remain Theirs Even After They Leave Employment with Legend. If an Employee Becomes Deceased, Their Beneficiaries Would Receive the Non-Dispensed Funds Tax-Free.
HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT (HRA)
Legend Also Offers a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). This Plan is Employer-Owned and Funded. A Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Reimburses Employees Tax-Free for Qualified Out-Of-Pocket Medical Expenses Up to a Fixed Dollar Amount if They Participate in Any of Legend’s Health Insurance Plans.
ANNUAL FLU SHOT PROGRAM:
Full-time Eligible Employees Who Provide Confirmation of Receiving the Flu Vaccine Each Fall Will Receive a Gift Card. Full-Time Employees Who Participate May Also Earn an Extra Paid-Day Off. Full-Time Employees Can Receive Additional Gift Cards for Each Immediate Family Member Residing in Their Household Who Can Provide Confirmation of Receiving a Flu Shot.
SHINGLES VACCINATION PROGRAM:
Full-Time Eligible Employees Who Have Been Employed for at Least One Year and Provides Confirmation of Receiving the Shingles Vaccine [Recombinant Zoster Vaccine (RZV, Shingrix)] Will Receive a Gift Card upon Completion of the Two Vaccination Shot Program. Full-Time Employees Who Participate and Receive Both Parts of the Vaccine Also Earn an Extra Two Paid-Days Off.
TAKEOUT FOOD BENEFIT:
For Eligible Full-Time Employees, Legend Provides an Allowance for Takeout Food to be Used During an Immediate Family Member’s Hospitalization or Following the Birth or Adoption of a Child.
Full-Time Eligible Employees Who Have Been with the Company for a Minimum of Three Years May Be Reimbursed Up to $5,000.00 Per Child for Expenses Related to a Qualified Adoption. Lifetime Maximum Reimbursement Per Employee is $10,000.00.
FREE FINANCIAL PLANNING AND INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT COUNSELING:
Full-Time Eligible Employees and Their Immediate Family Members Are Eligible to Receive Free Financial Planning and Investment Management Services (up to 10.0 Hours Per Year).
Full-Time Eligible Employees May Use the Company Postage Machine for as Many as 15 Envelopes Each Month Free-Of-Charge.

INTERN REFERRAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM:
Any Full-Time Employee Who Personally Refers a High School or College Student to the Company for a Paid Internship is Eligible for Financial Bonus Incentives if that Referral Candidate is Hired.
MILITARY LEAVES OF ABSENCE:
Legend is Grateful for Military Service to Our Country and Wishes to Support Full-Time Eligible Employees Who Are on Active Duty. Employees Who Have Been Employed Full-Time by The Company for a Minimum of Three Years are Eligible to Receive a Wage Differential Payment of Up to $5,000.00 Per Year for a Maximum of Two Years (24 Months). This Payment is the Difference (if any) Between the Service Member’s Compensation by the Federal Government and What Their Normal Base Pay Would be During Their Absence from Work, Due to Active Duty Service.
Previous Employment as a Student or Part-Time Employee Will Not Count Towards Service Eligibility for Certain Benefits.
